I thank google adsense for putting a link to this on my blog!
I just discovered what the world’s toughest footrace REALLY is. The Badwater Ultramarathon, starting in Death Valley, US, and covers a total of three mountain ranges, over 217km, with 3.9km vertical ascent and 1.4km vertical descent.
This is a race for 90 of the worlds toughest endurance atheletes, and I hope to one day be someone that finishes this race, even if it is last!
If you think that is good, check out this guy Dean Karnazes, who has achieved a 563km run! Keep in mind, that a marathon is 42km.
