Morven made two cakes on the weekend, as we were going to a friend’s house for dinner and wanted to take a dessert. She likes to make two cakes at a time for when one is better than the other, although was too embarrassed to take the second cake to work, so she gave it to me to take for work. This is the feedback provided by colleagues.
Morven was fortunate to receive some recipes on making macaroons. She also recently acquired a book titled I ♥ Macaroons. Needless to say, they didn’t last long.
