Today I ran 27km (accurate to 500m, although yet to be confirmed). Time was unmeasured, as it was purely an endurance stress test to get a comparative assessment of my body, as I’ve fully recovered from all injuries. Full training will commence on Thursday, to give myself three days rest to (hopefully) recover from today. Recovery time is quite long at the moment, due to lack of training. If I’m not okay to run on Thursday, I’ll leave it until Saturday as it will have meant that I pushed myself into the short term damage zone
